Return and Refund Policy
Do you want to return a product to us after delivery? When will you be reimbursed? We will explain everything to you. you want to return your product which you bought after placing your order at techmanic.com or by phone, when will it be refunded? Here, we will describe it completely when you can return your product and when it will be refunded.
At Techmanic, we will get ensured that the handset (s) is in the same condition as it was when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.
Please contact us to request a return number.
Please make it sure that you have backup all the data from your handset, then factory reset and wipe your handset. And remove all security codes because we will not be processed if your device is locked.
Firstly go according to the rules and fill out the returns form and send it with your handset. Please keep it in your mind that if you remain to fail to provide the full information on your returns form, it will result in a delay in processing your return.
Please carefully pack all the item that is including all accessories which were originally received by you while buying from us.
We aim to process all refunds or notify you if there are any issues on the same working day that a return is received (excluding UK Bank holidays), however, please note that during busy periods this can take up to 48 hours with the said descriptions:
1. Your order has been returned to our shipping department.
2. You refused the package when it was presented.
3. You did not go to pick it up at the collection point.
4. You have returned your package within the withdrawal period.
5. You have a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return your order or one of the items in your order. The package must be returned to our Shipping Center within 14 days of downloading the withdrawal form or of your contact with our Customer Service.
You will be informed by email of the receipt of your package on our premises. We will take back the returned products and refund within 14 days maximum.
Your order has been paid by credit card; we will credit it into your account.
If your bank card has a deferred debit, your bank credits you with the amount received from the date indicated on the contractual conditions.
Takeover of a bulky product by the Techmanic delivery service, when will you be reimbursed?
You meet the conditions of withdrawal from the distance sale for an order placed on techmanic.com or by phone. You meet the conditions of the offer "The freedom to change your mind" for an order placed in store. And have agreed with our Customer Relations department or your store to meet the Techmanic delivery person to pick up your device.
You will be informed by email of its receipt on our premises (if you communicated your email address to the seller when entering your order). Your order will be canceled and then refunded by check (within 15 to 21 days) sent by post to the billing address for the order.
